Star Trek
Corps of Engineers - Creative Couplings is an anthology of the Starship U.S.S. da Vinci. The da Vinci is commanded by Captain David Gold and a dedicated, enthusiastic Starfleet Corps of Engineers team led by former Enterprise engineer Sonya Gomez who is under his command. With their extensive experience, their mission is to solve and fix the irreparable engineering problems occurring throughout Federation space.

While the da Vinci's crew searching to solve the various engineering problems are interesting, the characterization of the crew was more interesting to me. My favorite story in the anthology is of Captain Gold officiating the first Jewish-Klingon wedding as his granddaughter marries the son of a Klingon politician. With all the parties involved arguing and making so many demands about the wedding ceremony, I think it is quite funny that Captain Gold considers taking a phaser to everybody and blowing himself up in the process.
